I think I have found something worse than eczema: Impetigo!
Similar to what I've got/had It first appears as a small scratch or itchy patch of eczema-skin inflammation – seemingly healthy skin. A little red, itchy spot develops quickly in a Blister containing a yellow substance.
Later, at the top of the Blister becomes crusty and weeps while new which develop on the same site or on other parts of the body. Impetigo begins usually face, especially around the corners of the mouth, nose and back of the ears.
I began to get really dry lips a couple weeks ago and then they began to be itchy and scratchy. I trøde, it could be a cold sore, but which would not had one before I was not sure.I tried some Zovirax, but it do not it better. Next I tried some Blistex cream for dry and damaged lips. This kept them moist, if I used it regularly, but the itching of persevering and soon a little bubbles or blisters when displayed.When I want to wake up in the morning, my lips would be covered in a layer of yellow crust which had wept in the night.Not only was this painful, but it now starts to look very serious!
I trøde that it must be the eczema, which I've been weeping eczema before, but I spoke with a few people and they suggested it might impetigo.After doing some reading on Internet seen it like I would need to see a physician. In reserved my appointment and told them the symptoms and they said it was likely to be impetigo. I got a prescription for some Fucidin cream, fusidic acid and started using the three-four times a day with instruction from the doctor to come back in a week, if it had not clarified. within a day, it starts to get better and by day four it was almost gone and lips were no longer so dry. But I woke up this morning on the day six and who, and the golden crust was back! looks like impetigo can be a formidable opponent as eczema!
